Motivfoto Kompetenzen der Promotionsbetreuung

We have developed the programme based on our previous experiences with doctoral candidates and supervisors and are again offering various formats such as presentations, short workshops and individual coaching.

Our services for supervisors are intended to supplement the complementary services offered by the Graduate Center for doctoral candidates in order to provide teams of supervisors and supervised with the best possible support and assistance. All events for supervisors are organized by the Department of Continuing Education, while events for doctoral candidates are organized by the Graduate Center.

In the "Profs Only" section the Department for Continuing Education now provides specific, practical and target group-oriented support by request, such as e.g. courses on various aspects of university didactics, management skills, individual and professional one-to-one coaching and the programme for newly appointed professors.
